My tidy desk - makes a change

I had a tidy yesterday so just got a few things I have been working on over the last couple of days - 2 mugs of coffee and one I had earlier - think I need to add a post it to my door sign - please enquire if I have any empties !!!! hee hee I am going to add this to WOYWW 56 today.

TWO TAGS ON TUESDAY

I have decided that I am going to make 2 tags on a Tuesday and try to keep to similar materials in other words give myself a Challenge - so for my background I used sequin waste and the backgroungs have the positive and then the negative spritzed with a spritzer I made myself.
They have words stamped using my favorite Judi Kins Treasure cube
both have a Bird stamp, 3 paper flowers and some jewels. Also I used some Dymo words from K & Co. All images are stamped with distress inks and the edges are smooshed with different stazon inks.

ATC made with New Craft Stamper stamp - Stamped with TH Fired Brick and coloured with Wild Honey. Background stamped with TH Visual Artistry stamps in the same colours as before. Edged in black STAZON and some Black Peel offs!!! -mmm don't use them very often but thought they looked ok on this. Also added Butterfly sticker coloured with Rasin and Terra Cotta Alcohol Inks. Challenging Times

I have run a Bits and Bobs ATC challenge on Docrafts for about 3 years. Unfortunately due to work commitments and lack of spare time I have passed this swap onto a lovely lady called Karen Gipp (flowers).

Karen has kindly offered to continue with the organisation of the swap - where she will send out the same bits and bobs to a number of people who have sent her an SAE each time (at one point while doing this swap 35!!! people received the materials.

I thoroughly enjoyed doing this swap - it was and is a swap, as along with the Bits and Bobs sent, an ATC would be sent to each participant made by myself. Abive is my attempt at using the materials I provided for the last challenge and I am happy with the result.

Above you will see 9 of the returns I have had for this my last Challenge and you will see that they are all very different. It was lovely to see what people did with the same Bits & Bobs and was open to all abilities.

I will not miss putting this challenge together as it did take time to do - But I will miss receiving all the lovely works of art produced by some very talented Artists.

I would just like to thank everyone who has participated in the challenges over the years and thank you all for giving me so much pleasure.

I look forward to to the Challenges Karen is going to be setting us, as I will still be doing the challenge, and would like to wish Karen a happy but hopefully not too challenging time with this.

Craft Room door hanger (back)

This is the back of the Door hanger (a request for a coffee) which works from time to time if OH passes and remembers to look!!! The background is done as before with TH inks, stensils and Sizzix dye. The bird stamps are two from a number I recently made for a project I did on a print making course. The same Judi Kins cube and finished off the same way with paper flowers and jewels.

Door hanger made for my craft room door (would not be for anything else but hey ho) - the background is TH inks, letter stencils used in conjunction with an old Judi Kins treasure cube I have used so many times, and would say is probably one of the best craft items I have ever bought. Textrured checked background made with square sequin waste love the stuff. Finished off with some paper flowers and a Kay and co butterfly which I have distressed and Glittered
